Or am i stuck having to get another modchip for this xbox? If i can what bios can i use that will work with the tsop. FYI this xbox does have the Focus chip in it.

Hours more of searching i guess i found my answer. The answer i guess is no. unless there have been changes in the last 4 years since that post i read was created. So any update on that would be great.

what version xbox is your chipped xbox? What tsop is in the chipped one? Also if you can why not flash the tsop in the chipped xbox then just put the chip in the xbox with the messed up tsop

Yes. I am afraid you only have 2 options. One is to install a modchip and leave it in the xbox permanently, or you can build a 29-wire home made (homebrew) modchip. There isn't much information on this mod on the internet anymore but in the tutorials section, there are a few tutorials left. If you are mechanically inclined, this can be done fairly easily. If this is an option you will concider, I, and a few others here, can assist with any help you may need.

Thanks guys. Yeah i really would have liked this to work lol. Maybe someday I'll attempt the 29 wire mod right now i just don't have the time or required parts to do that. Do you guys know what latest bios I could have used?
Oh and my modded xbox is a 1.4 as-well but i really don't feel like taking out the chip permanently.
I may just scrap this xbox and pull the RAM and throw it in my modded Xbox.

Being a 1.4 xbox, I would've suggested the iND bios to be flashed to the TSOP.
