Teun.
Hello,
Ive just got my JTAG xbox working, but now im stuck with another problem.
actually, it was there all te time but i didn't bothered cuz my xbox wasn't fully working.
But now that it does, I wanted to fix this thing too.
I' ve got a xenon xbox with no HDMI (ofcourse).
When i connect this xbox to my lcd tv and sound system with HD component cables(you know, the green and the blue) and digital audio, it works fine. But when i connect it to my big old tv upstairs with scart it gives me a black and white screen. I tried to change everything, but it just give me the HD options.
What can I do to fix this? Or has it something to do with freeboot or something?

thanx in advance!

that would have to do with PAL and NTSC, which you can change in the KV just means the xbox you have is not for your region , on flat screens it can run both with no bother
Teun.
Thanks for your anwer but i dont think that your right.
cuz i surely got a PAL tv because my other xbox is also PAL and this wan works fine.
And 360 Flash Dump Tool says, when i import my flashdump, the region is PAL/EU.
So other suggestions?
Teun.

I have a similar problem with my '09 XBOX 360 elite.
Sometimes, when it starts up, the boot animation and, from there on out, the video in general is black and white.
When I go to the video settings and change it to PAL-50, I have color again.
This is weird, because I always run my 360 in PAL-60, so I know my TV can handle it.
Sometimes it goes back to displaying colors in PAL-60 after a couple of switches between PAL-50 and PAL-60.
And otherwise, setting the console to PAL-50 and then rebooting, and setting the console back to PAL-60 seems to help as well, maybe you should try that too.
