I haven't touched an xbox in years. A couple months ago, I dusted off an old xpod case that's been sitting in my closet and started putting everything back together. I quickly realized I don't have the passion nor the interest in doing it again so I put it back in it's box & tossed it into the closet (again).
I have no use for it and I'd rather get rid of it so someone else can finish it.
It's a used xpod case so there are scratches, scuffs here & there. I also noticed one of the corner cubes had a screw broken off inside it, but it's not a big deal. Everything seems to be complete minus 2 screws and the clear round eject button (not needed anyway).

I might have a 1.0 PSU in the closet somewhere as well. If so, it'll be included as well, but it's not guaranteed.

I have a bunch of lasers for the Philips VAD6011 drive as well as some for the Samsung 605b drive (SOH-D12's). These are leftovers from about 5 years ago when I used to import them in from China and sell here and on ebay. I didn't like the return rate (too many defects) so I stopped selling them. Included with these lasers is a new digital multimeter (with backlit LCD). You will need this to check whether the lasers are within specs BEFORE installing & testing them.
Incorrect potentionmeters WILL kill the laser within seconds. Only buy these lasers if you have time and patience to test each laser and possibly adjust the potentionmeters before installation.
