I used to drink it in a bar in the SW, many a good-bad evening on it. Prefer jagermeister now, belting as a hangover cure.......

Had goldshlaeger a few times, better than vodka but thats about it!

Not bad, needs to be served real cold and with ice, and it's not a quaffer drink (unless you want a big sugar rush + heart palpatations......)

Got some in a load of booze I got cheap from a local wine merchants - some local fella had been stocking up on booze from a wine club from the early 70's, had died and the wine merchants bought his stock - and get this: I can now drink wine from the late 70's/early 80's for £2.50 a bottle (although it's hit and miss if it's turned to vinegar). Makes me feel proper posh, what what etc wink.gif
