my Xenium OS V 2.0.1 is freezeing the LED light is green. how do you fix it?

(I DID NOT INSTALL THE CHIP I BOUGHT IT WITH THE CHIP ALREADY INSTALED)

Be sure you are using a genuine M$ controller.
