This mod is awesome. Would love to see pictures from it being built. Show us how you did everything? How did you do the Stark Industries bezel?

belongs in gallery thread if not a wip iirc. One of the best mods ever seen/
hyfall381
as i said, great mod. but im glad RDC took out that ebay link. this dude made his one and only post just to show pics of the final product and to post an ebay link. no w.i.p, or anything. so yeah... awesome case-mod! but hell.. dont just make a thread to advertise it. share your w.i.p. and reply to the comments. dry.gif thats what this forum is all about.
Pkmnjunky7
I didn't make my one and only post JUST to advertise it... I hate doing WIP threads. Not because I don't like to answer questions or share methods, but because I'm extremely bad at remembering to take pictures during the build. To answer people who have asked about the hard drive label, I had it done by THIS GUY. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend his services.

As for people asking about how to do the ROL mimic. It's quite simple actually. I wired leads from the ROL board to the LEDs installed in the side of the case. I have them all wired to a couple 4 pin plugs I had lying around so I could unplug the case lights from the ROL when needed.

If anyone has anymore questions just ask me. Sorry If I offended anyone with my ebay link...

How did you do the the Arc Reactor?

why did the eBay auction get taken down?
BorisX
Pretty sure it got so much exposure on various websites that people started bidding it up to amounts nobody would pay, last I checked it was near 3400$, I don't think any Iron Man fan is that dedicated (stupid) to pay that much for a somewhat flawed custom Xbox 360 (See some of the measurement imperfections in the inner circle and outer lights)

But man... if custom Xbox 360s were selling for 3000$+ I would be churning those babies out 1 a day smile.gif

Oh ya, long time lurker first time actually registering and posting, so hello

Wow, I've never appreciated the Iron man colors until now. Really well done, one of the better case mods i've seen on this forum.

I love the arc reactor!! this has just become one of my favourite mods!!

top job mate.
sm32
what did you use to make the extrusion for the arc reactor? did you use wood / sand / paint / clearcoat? or did you use some kind of plastic? it looks VERY clean and extremely good!
