allright i guys i have just brought a frozen vga cable for my xbox 1, i have flashed the ind vga bios, when i go to plug the frozen vga cable to my samsung monitor it displays out of scan and not optimum resolution, i have changed the region to ntsc but i dont get the hd options when using a regular scart lead, what could be the problem here .

IIRC, the Frozen cable supports mode 2+3. iND uses mode 1+3, so that would be the reason it doesn't work. You need frosty's vga bios (5035) or another bios patched with his VGA bios patcher tool and before you ask, no, you cannot patch iND with his tool to make it work, IIRC.

You may be able to rewire the frozen cable to switch it to 1+3 tho.
