I was not sure which forum to post in but I felt this was probably the most appropriate.

Essentially I want to be able to stream windows media center from my 360 without connecting to xbox live at any point. I have a htpc in another room and would like to access media and tv from it, but I do not want microsoft to possibly ban my 360.

Also if it were to get banned, would it eliminate my ability to use networking functions such as WMC or playon connectivity?
