I picked up a WD3200BEKT 320GB hard drive to use in my Xbox 360. I know I can only use up to 250.

That being said, I flashed the drive, it said successful on the PC but when I try it in my Xbox it does not show up. I've tried using the 120GB file in addition to the 250GB file and still no luck.

I flashed a 2500BEKT last week and had no issues, but this new 3200BEKT will not work.
