0k everyone , to get "the suffering" to play off your hard drive you need to acl patch it with dvd2xbox0.7.7 or 0.7.8
to do this in dvd2xbox go to file manager,
- highlight the game folder
-press white
-select "PROCESS ACL"
-once its finished, all should work

Dvd2xbox can be found in"the usual places"

I wrote this because
it took me 2 weeks of searching for the info, and most of what I found was people yelling at the people looking for the answer, saying "this has been covered before" and "just google it " and no actual answers. but in searching on a hunch fatx detection I found the answer here on a topic called "Complex Tools Vs Dvd2xbox "
I figure this will save people the hours of frustrating searching to no avail. Peace
