Hi guys, I haven't been able to get my hands on a ps3 jailbreak device yet, but a mate does have an iphone 3g and was thinking of using that to do my ps3. What I was wondering is, once I have installed the package files for backup manager, can I install games via backup manager without the jailbrek device hooked up?
or could I install all the games I want via backup manager while I still have the jailbreak device, but still run them once I have given it back to my mate??

You would have to have the device connected, it keeps the ps3 in debug mode.
