Users get a 2GB storage to upload pictures and videos.
Pictures of mods and stuff you can rate with several categories.
Part blog-part Facebook. Keep work logs organized with picture updates, post dates, ect.
A PM system that actually works.
Not a forum. A community.

Im not wanting to make this site to compete with Facebook or even Llamma or xbox-scene.

could work. I personally wouldn't use it since this forum pretty much does the same thing.

Not really. Profiles on forums suck. And you cant keep all your work logs organized and together.
