Having problem formatting this segate portable hd FAT32 for jtag..
DisK Management only shows ExFAT as option...
How do I do FAT32???

I KNOW POST IS OLD BUT IF U DIDNT FIND OUT A PROG CALLED FAT32 FORMAT will do it
