What are you trying to do. Are you trying to get an output from 0-18v based on the temperature. You shouldn't be so vague. If you want 18v, you are going to need a boost converter. Do you make that circut becasue it seems like you are just doing what the ps3 already does. I am more of an xbox guy, but doesn't the PS3 already adjust the voltage of the fans as the console heats up.
