You need the xbox to have a static ip address, editable in the evox.ini file in evox or in the xml of mxm. Take note of the ip, on the pc set a static ip address by modifing the network properties. Make shur there on the same subnet, what this means is
if the subnet is 255.255.255.0 you have to leave the first 3 sets of numbers the same. Do not use 0 or 255. For example
QUOTE
XBox 192.168.1.2
PC 192.168.1.3
Subnet 255.255.255.0

Make shur the pc is on before starting the XBox
Then you need a ftp application, a popular one for windows is FlashXP.
Put in your xbox's ip address onto the ftp application with the password and user as XBOX or whatever you have defined in the config file of dashboard.

Good luck
