Hello,

So recently I have gotten a new vga cable (third party from monoprice) for the xbox in order to replace the component cable. When I connect it to the projector I am getting a greenish picture at some resolutions. At other resolutions it doesn't even show a picture at all. I have connected a laptop with the same resolution to the projector and it works fine so it is not the projector. I have also connected the xbox vga cable to a monitor and it also works fine. When the projector does actually show a picture it thinks it has a RGB signal from the xbox too. I am not too sure but I think the projector is expecting a different signal than it is receiving. The projector is a Optoma Dv10.

The Xbox doesn't natively output VGA. You need to install a VGA BIOS, or a VGA softmod, or enable VGA on your current softmod.
