It is that time of year people. What do you think, did he just start the yearly ban wave?

Speculation? Okay well, I speculate that we have a 50/50 chance of either 2 things happening...

The first being that Microsoft gives everyone on the Ban list a free Corvette completely paid off and custom designed to their liking as well as free DLC and XBL for the rest of their and their offspring's lives, and doesn't ban them.

The second being that they ban people's consoles and maybe add a few goodies that we have not yet seen/have already seen but are yet to be known or implemented like maybe something similar to the HDD bricking last year; perhaps have the DVD key on nand set to all 0's?

I'm pretty sure we have a good chance of the first one happening as Microsoft has been banning people left and right every single year since the first CFW for dvd drives so all that money they made off of new consoles sales(lol) could be going back to those banned this year as a thank you. Though their is a slim chance they may just ban people like they always have... of course this is all purely speculation.(yes I'm being a snide prick)

Seriously I don't think anybody knows for sure what/when the next banwave will hit, all I hope for is that not a lot of peoples consoles will be banned(unlikely) or that it is delayed/postponed but seems like perfect timing for the upcoming Holiday seasons don't you think?

This year is different. Keep in mind that they want to sell Kinect! The most important number this christmas will be how good Kinect sells. If they ban people will these people buy a new 360 AND Kinect?

True but doesn't Microsoft offer a Kinect/360 bundle? Sure it only comes with 4 gb memory but with Holiday sales people could get 250gb HDDs(kinda) cheap. Meh, good point though.

Imagine if they could update the profile system so the profile would ban the console. Would be funny. They destroyed us with ourselves.
