My Xbox was working fine up until a couple of days ago. Now, whenever I put any disc in the tray, as soon as I close it, it instantly says open tray. It never even attempts to try and read anything....so my question is...is my dvd drive dead or is there someone to fix my problem?? I took the Xbox apart and the laser and the motor both work fine...so I'm at a loss here...can anybody help me out please!
