Ok, I have a softmoded, v1.6, FTP access, and an upgraded 120GB HDD. I want to change the colour and anamation of the Xbox startup (Flubber?), someone said to flash the TSOP? What does that do?
Baisicly, what i'm asking, is...
-Can I change the Flubber screen (possibly with X2, keep in mind my xbox is softmodded and v.1.6)
-What is the TSOP?
-Do I need to flash the TSOP?
-How dangerous is this process (flashing the TSOP, and doing the actual change.)

You can't, unless you fit a chip. You can't change the flubber on a softmod at all, and the 1.6 has no TSOP to flash.
If you fit a chip you can use a hacked BIOS and modify the startup sequence as you wish.
