Hi,
i have flashed my WD2500BEKT with HDD250 bin.
I took out my old 20gb hdd and copied Partition 3 to my computer.
Then i plugged in the flashed WD250gb drive to my computer and copied the stuff from partition 3.
I had to recover my gamertag on XBlive (ive read that its not possible to copy the gamertag from the older hd to the new one), which worked.
the problem is that xbox sees the drive as 229 GB total, but only 16.4 GB Free.
And my Assassin's creed Brotherhood saved game is not showing. (could not check if other games' saved game work, as i only have ACB with me)
Anyone can tell me what can i do to fix this? I did not use the image functionnality of Xplorer, i just copied the folders, is that OK?

It sounds like you've copied the actual *partition* 3 from your 20GB drive to your 250GB drive. You just need to copy over the content *inside* partition 3.
Recreate your partitions on the 250GB drive (reflash it to do it quickly), then place the 250GB drive in your Xbox 360 and have it format the drive. You should see 229GB free. From there, you can connect your 250GB HDD to your computer and copy the *contents* of Partition 3 of your 20GB HDD to the Partition 3 of your 250GB HDD.

looks like you are right. i did copy everything on partition 3.

it seems i should only copy the "Content" folder and the "compatibility" folder.
And i should do backup partition 2 to have the software allowing xbox 1 games to be played once the new drive is installed.
Then i should use xplorer again to restore the image from partition 2.
And FINALLY, i should download XPLORER 250GB to do the copy/paste of the content and compatibility folder.
ill be trying this tomorrow.

Dashboard was updated already, all profiles are there, and all game saves as well. 220GB Free.
