just bought myself a second hand 60gb ps3 and am having a slight problem (i hope slight lol).system boots ok, just when a disk is inserted it's icon does not display on on-screen menu.any ideas as to what is wrong.does it need a new lense or worst is the logic board knackered?

9 of 10 times the laser just needs to be replaced.

see if you can borrow one from someone to test before you buy though. If you bought it used who knows what else could be wrong with it.
