I checked it out and seems fine with me. Might just be some ad that was on the page when you tried that page.

It only occurs on that specific page. What's sending up the flag is a member, Jacob24's, avatar. The image is hosted at that site.

That is correct. I have removed his avatar, and pm'd the member to host from another site.
