Sony Blu Ray drive, works good will spin disk without disc drive guide assembly attached. The small leavers that pop up to protect the drive from having another disc inserted into them do not go down on the way either. When I place the disc guide assembly back on top the sensors activate and the drive starts to raise, but hangs up and makes a load clicking/grinding noise from the gears slipping. It appears that the metal arms on the disc guide assembly that flex out with the guide to hold the cd are keeping the small leavers from raising up which is causing the grinding and slipping in the gears. A video is worth a thousand words. Sorry for the poor quality but its still better then I can describe it!

Seems like when I press the eject button the rail is not going
down all the way! Can some tell me if when u eject a disc out
the rail on the left is free from touching the gears?
