Before post here, I spent 2 nights in figuring out how to use dll folders. I am using the exisitng dedecs.conf in the build. Also, I downloaded win32codec and real player's win 32 package. XBMP2.4 is working for avi, and vcds. But whenever I tried rm files, the screen became black and box froze. (Before I put rela player's dll in, the screen will back to xbmp dashboard after I choose to play rm file.)

Any one has same issue? or any have it working with rm?

I also read manual for 2.3. It says I need to make a short cut file to point to dll path. Not sure what does it mean.
