I have a NAS (Network Attached Storage) connected to my router and my XBOX 360 streams films from this shared hard drive.

I have just backed up all my DVD's to the NAS in in *.WMV files.

I am pleased with the speed and the quality of the 80+ films I have on there.

I read (somewhere) that when streaming films to the XBOX it is 'not possible' to have thumbnail images when scrolling through the list of films available ... however one of my films I backed up ages ago to MP4 format and the thumbnail appears (Toy Story 2).

The key plus for me of this streaming is that my children can change films without touching (and hence scratching) DVDs. One of the kids is 3 so the text based menu would be much improved if I could get images to appear instead of just the folder/file names.

How can I get images / thumbnails to appear on the XBOX when streaming the videos from the NAS.

Thanks in advance,
Snuker
