OK, I dont know if this has been done yet or if its even possible, but can an ANA chip be pulled from one board and swapped to another?
I have one 360 that does work, but the ANA chip is bad on it (no hidef red colors), and I have a dead 360 board with a known good ANA chip on it, is it possible to swap the chips around or are they also locked to the mobo/cpu?
