If one has a Retail PS3 with OFW just for online PSN use and a Modded PS3 with CFW for offline use, can you FTP into the Retail OFW PS3 with your PC and then transfer all your Game Updates/Patches/Trophies etc... to your Modded PS3 CFW console?

If so, would a program like FlashFXP work or do you need a PS3 specific FTP program?

Thanks.

Sorry but there is no ftp server running on original un-modified ps3's. you cannot ftp into without an ftp server.

I had a feeling that wouldn't work. How about using the backup utility in the Retail PS3 with OFW to save everything to a USB stick and then putting that USB stick into a Modded CFW PS3 and then transferring everything that way? Will that work?

Thanks.
