"Will my devkit still be able to read dev signed executables on a dual layered dvd disc (such as if I want to run a recovery) if I were to swap my dev disc drive for a retail disc drive???"

From dev experience, I personally think it would, but just making sure.

Reason why I am swapping is because I sorta broke my dev disc drive while tinkering with it. Womp womp.
