OK i just got my programmer in, and i followed the tut here http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?act...6&hl=programmer
and i having a problem..... when i type in x2cable w bios.bin it says "unable to read driver" does anyone know what the heck this means? any help would be really great thanks a lot

Set the compatability to "Windows 95".
