I have been investiagting flashing my TSOP so after a while I did and now my xbox boots with flubber then sits at the Xbox logo with the microsoft logo at the bottom doing nothing. I flashed with Evox D6 to a V1.1 xbox running XBMC. I can still bot games but the Splinter Cell gamesave (which i used to install XBMC) doesnt boot it just goes to a black screen. I cannot do anything with the Xbox it is very confusing recovery discs dont work the sit at the Xbox logo as well????

You obviously didn't investigate very well - Evox D6 is extremely old.

Did the recovery discs boot before you did the TSOP flash?

Edit: Just had a thought - make sure your hard drive IDE and power leads are properly connected.

I know it was very silly of me I was palnning to flash x2 5035 1mb but I was to eager. Everything is plugged in properly etc. Im just wondering if it is a "bad flash" or just the paths to "evoxdash.be" or "XBMC.xbe" are wrong as I sometimes get error 13?

And the boot disc question.......?

I never had the reason to try them so I dont know. But it was previously a softmod so there was nothing in the BIOS to say boot from disc

Nonsense. Softmods will boot from DVDs in the same way that chipped / flashed Xboxes will.

I apologize i didnt know that, do you know what I can do to fix my problem with the information you now have?

I managed to reflash with a 1mb x2 5035 BIOS but now I hear a delayed boot sound but no video. The FTP still comes up so I would say the dash still boots
