I can't seem to get any of the artwork to work other than Cart shots, Action shots and titles, Im using the ress xtras artwork pack with neogenesis v25, pm3 Gilou9999 skin, I want to use either the 3D Boxart, or Box Fronts' as the main previews, but when I try to use those it doesnt display them, ive tried renaming the folders to the ones that do work but nothing shows, can't figure out how to get them to display. Any advice? thanks

Which ever boxes you choose to use should be put in your Media/Artwork/Box Front.
This Gilou skin isn't configured for 3d Artwork so they look a funny size.
I notice you mention a folder called "Box Fronts" it isn't Fronts its just "Box Front".
For skins that support 3D artwork and for further support, go to the home of the Xtras @

I meant Box Front, I just typed it as plural for the sentence; I can't seem to find any better skins for NeoGenesis atm, I know about Emu Xtras and Ive been all over their site, that's where I got the artwork and etc, when I put the Box Front shots in the media/artwork/ folder, nothing happens. all the paths are set correct and it works with other artwork like Action shots and Titles, but not Box Front..

You have your Artwork folder like this?
Atwork
Box Front
Cart
Misc01
Misc02
Misc03
...
..
.
Titles
Also, which Skin Configuration are you using? Try a Triple View configuration, and see if that helps.
The only other thing I can think of is go into Configuration - Video Configuration - Screenshot/Movie Preview Settings and try changing "Seconds Before Auto-Advancing Box/Cart Art - 3"
Failing all that, go to Configuration - General settings - Page 2 and "Force Reload D:\*.ini Settings"
