So my xbox originally came with a hitachi version 47 drive, i got a replacement, but the idiot sent me a version 46 instead of a 47 like i requested, can i just flash the 47 firmware on it or does it have to be spoofed

i dont want to spoof to lessen my chance of getting banned, should i just send the drive back for another??

Contact the seller and either make an exchange for the original drive or request a refund. Having a spoofed drive will have negative affects with the current and future dashboard updates.

negative affects = unusable xbox.
