Hey guys, I have a really newb question...

I flashed my Lite-on drive to LT+ a few months back, and was then forced to download the new update that came out a few days ago. I am trying to flash my drive again.

2 questions:

1. I connected my Lite-on DG-16D2S to my computer and all that, but it says my DVD-Key is not found. I still have my dummy.bin from my previous flash. Is there anyway I can use this to get my key, or do I have to do the probe all over again to get the key?

2. After this new patch, is it safe to flash to the new LT+ and continue playing our burned games? Or are we waiting for a new firmware?

1. The dummy.bin file contains the dvd key. In jungleflasher, load it as source. Your target will be the custom firmware you wish to install. Click Spoof to Target to copy over the key.

2. Seems safe now but that is undetermined. Its best to wait till more information is made available.
