so i think i have burn out my benq, was doing some mods with the case lights. and think i shorter the drive out. i have the firmware from the benq. 1.6 ixtreme final. dont have the orginal firm bought it already flash. can i take my liteon 74850c from a non working xbox. and make it work with the benq firmware/key. i dont have a probe 3.

What you need is a replacement benq drive. The current dashboard update checks for the original drive.
