here you go brother!
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...;Tpk=case%20fanthat way you don't have to solder anything and you can even plug in the GPU fan without cutting anything.
If you're determined to locating a 12v source, there are 2 that I know of off hand, but they're on the under side of the mobo... There are also 2 on the under side of the PSU
1) on the under side of the power socket. The very first point (closest to the "daughterboard") is your 12v line. when your power socket is plugged in, it's the yellow wire.
2) the under side of the DVD connector... If you flip your motherboard over, a/v to the back, daughter board towards to you... there are 2 rows of 6 pins for the DVD... the top pin on the left most row is 12v (the top pin on the right most row is 5v)
3) On the underside of the PSU, trace the yellow wire of the HDD connector, 12v
4) trace pin 1 (yellow wire) to the PSU and solder to the underside ....
To the best of my knowledge, this info is correct for a 1.1 (from memory).... However...
If I have made a mistake, please correct me so zef doesn't ruin his xbox.
Also Zef... try searching for pinouts on a 1.1....
