Hi everyone,
With 10 years of experience in reballing / rework and 5 years specifically with xbox 360 and Ps3 I want to offer my services here in this forum.
Here are some pictures of my equipment:

Reballing CPU or GPU = $50 each.
Reballing PS3 GPU = $80
Replacing GPU Xenon = $65
Replacing GPU Zephyr/Falcon = $75

The prices do not include return shipping.

For Zephyr/Falcon Mobos, I do recommend to get the GPU replaced. I can say 95% of the time when you get 3 RLOD or E74, the GPU is bad.
For Xenons, if you get E74/E73, GPU needs to be replaced.

Everything includes 3 months warranty.

If you have any question, please try to not PM me, post in this thread. Every question could be helpful to others.

Any other service you might require, ask me and I give you a quote.

Thanks!

Where are you located? I have a JTAG Zephyr with a warped GPU that's been reballed before.

do you offer your services internationally...i'm from the caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago W.I) and i have a jtagged xenon boards and a few other kinds of boards here that needs reballing....can you PM me what's the shipping cost?

Do you happen to offer jtag service as well?

As Far as I know only CPUs from Falcon boards wit no ram chips on the bottom can be used in jaspers.
Would be $60 because there is 2 removals included.

I have a JTAG Falcon that red ringed a couple months back with the secondary error code 0110. Before I bought it the seller had already done a reball and x-clamp fix. Since the console had already been reballed should I just go all the way and replace the GPU? Or would another reball suffice? And regarding the x-clamp fix, will you leave the x-clamp fix that the guy did (I would think no since it is another persons work), do your own x-clamp fix, or just put back on original x-clamps?

Just wanted to stop by and give warpjavier some good feedback. I sent my broken 360 to him to get the GPU replaced and just got it back today. I've been gaming on it for four hours straight and its been working perfectly. He quickly answered all of my questions and was in communication with me the whole time he had my 360. He was even nice enough to put back the original x-clamps, update my JTAG wiring to aud_clamp, and update my dashboard, all free of charge. If you need to get a console repaired I highly recommend him.

I have a xenon jtag that has rrod and doesn't show any error message, it doesn't show anything. Would I need a replacement or just reballled?
warpjavier
If that xbox has never been heatgunned / reflowed, I can reuse the chip, but for a $15 extra you will have peace of mind that the chip I'm using as a replacement is good.

If I had two xboxs that need the gpu replaced would it be cheaper?

ok sounds good. How much would that be in total?

I have an xbox zephyr and I am just thinking about getting the gpu replaced, but I think it may be more than that.. I'm not sure.

It is jtagged and works fine most of the time when I use it in SD, but when I play in HD the graphics look funny and the colors change on the screen, eventually leading to an E74 with the error code 1022. The mobo has the 12v fan mod already, as well as an xclamp fix on either the CPU or GPU (i forget, most likely on the cpu).

Was wondering what you recommend, because as I said, the errors are inconsistent and mostly only occur when playing in HD video mode. I feel more than replacing the gpu is required, but what do you think?

Hi,
You definitely need your GPU replaced in that Zephyr.
fullmetal289
Ok great. Would you think that to being the only solution needed? Do you have any idea as to why it runs fine on SD but not HD?

If I had the parts mailed to you with my console, would you be able to apply the x-clamp fix after reballing\reflowing\replacing the gpu\hana?

I can't tell you why it fails only in HD, might be luck that when you tried in SD didn't fail or could be the GPU is not been pushed too hard in SD.
You can send me parts for the x-clamp, but after a successful reball with new GPU, x-clamp fix is not needed. I rather use the original X-clamps.

Yeah, my personal belief leads me to thinking its not being pushed as hard.. I just didnt know if a seperate chip was used in addition to the gpu when switching to HD..

i figured i would use the xclamp fix afterwards to prevent continual board flexing and future cold solder joints.

personally i dont even know if the gpu is the only problem, the onboard ram goes in excess of 50C when idle, and 60C when playing games... is that normal? seems pretty high.

sorry for the million questions, ive never done this service before, and i dont doubt your ability. i am just concerned with even after doing this, if the problem could ever reoccur.

50c~60c for the RAM is normal. The problem could re occur after replacing the GPU, as the GPUs I use are the same parts MS use. I give you 3 months warranty for parts and labor.

yeah, this is why i would want to apply the xclamp fix.
do you use lead solder when reballing?
also, when you apply the thermal paste, do you use arctic silver?

knowing my luck, 3 months will be fine until the day after lol

EDIT:
just did a temp test when idle (30+mins)
and just after playing a game for about an hour
here are the results

cpu idle: 63C
cpu used: 64.9C
gpu idle: 48.5C
gpu used: 53.1C
ram idle: 51.8C
ram used: 56.5C
mobo idle: 31.9C
mobo used: 33.2C

I use leaded solder balls and Arctic Silver 5.
Those reaqdings are with the 12v fanmod.
I do a different type of fan mod, I reprogram the config in the nand and lower the normal temperatures so the fans will spin faster only as needed.

personally i dont mind the fans spinning at 100% all the time, it can be as loud as ever, as long as it is keeping it cool constantly, i wont complain.

would you want me to send the entire console? or just the mobo? im trying to save on shipping costs. also, do i have to pay shipping both ways? or just to you?

I would prefer the entire console, you can use Priority Mail Medium flat rate box. Cost $10,50 if you pay online, and yes, you have to pay for both ways shipping.

I just dug out an old xbox of mine. It's a Xenon with 3 red lights and error code 0022. It still has the original x-clamps and as far as I'm aware hasn't had any serious repair attempts. How much would a reball cost roughly for this?

Hi,
Just for reball will be $50.
0022 is weird for an xbox that has never been touched, but I will check it before doing anything if you send it to me.
Remember, the prices are + return shipping.

Ok great. Please pm the address and I'll ship it out. I'm in NY so it shouldn't take too long to get to you. What is your preferred shipping method?

Thanks, should be shipping out tomorrow. Also since it's a Xenon and it's the "hottest" of the bunch, what other mods do you recommend to help keep that sucker cool?

To every system I reball, I apply a mod to the config block in the nand to make the fans spin faster.
Is not a 12V mod or anything like that, it is very clever. The fans speed faster as the chips go hotter, then if you leave the console idling in the dashboard, you will notice how the fans start to spin slower.
jleos_101
Hey guys I just wanted to leave some feedback. He is 100% legit! He helped me with all of my questions and problems that I had. And he was even nice enough to fix my broken fan and apply a mod that makes the fan spin faster as the hotter it gets for free. And lots of other things. I highly recommend this guy if you have any problems with your xbox.

Yeah I know about this method and I just tested it on 2 units myself. What target temps do you use? I went for 10C cooler than factory settings.

Oh and sorry about the delay on shipping out this unit, work has just had me so busy this week. I'll definitely be getting it out to you soon!

62 57 60 for Xenon/Zephyr

Hey guys just wanted to say that this guy was great to deal with and a very honest individual.

I was very worried that this was another scam where you send the money and the xbox and get nothing back...I contacted him through a PM and took a chance.

Turns out he knows what he is doing and had a very fast turn around, he did more than what he advertised and within a week i was back to gaming

I'll be very grateful if you share with me your skills. thank you very much. peace
