No. The X2.5035 readme addresses this explicitly.
If you specifically want to run X2.5035 on an Xbox with a 256kB flash, then you could boot iND-BIOS.5003, and have that automatically run PBL as its first dash to chainload X2.5035.

I am aware that it isn't possible simply to chop off part of the bios and try to use it on a 256k TSOP. 
I guess what I am asking is, if there is a program that I could use to cut the bios into to equal halves. I will be using both halves, together as a whole, later in an experiment.
