If I understand him correctly, Trusty had discontinued the 1.4 xbox upgrade because he could no longer get the adapter required to allow the xbox to take a socket 370 Tualatin. Therefore, you may have trouble finding said adapter, and to build one, would be next to impossible, unless you're trusty himself.
Well, I will see what I can do and report back, do you know the adapter that he had used?
EDIT:
Would a Powerleap PL-Neo/T work?
http://www.powerleap.com/pdf_files/PL-NeoT.pdfIt says it does not support the FC-PGA2 (Tualatin) Celeron.. Although my CPU has been modified to FC-PGA. I'm wondering if I could get a hold of one of these adapters and try it.

However, the PL-Neo/T™ can NOT upgrade the PPGA Celeron™ CPU, due to its lack of the AGTL circuitry
support. The core voltage been fixed at 1.55V for the FC-PGA2 (Tualatin) Celeron™ and Pentium-III CPUs.
