change the video region on an ntsc xbox to pal, is the motherboard on an ntsc safe to change to pal and play games without issues, whether it be frame rate drops or funny colors, i was just not sure if the ntsc xboxs are only optimised for ntsc use only, (same goes for pal when changed to ntsc).
