Here's the latest Wireless controller version, again. For whatever reason M$ has decided to go back with the Matrix layout. With the exception of a few slight changes, this version is pretty much the same as the original Wireless Matrix, but if you're going to do anything with the buttons be aware there are some changes there between that older Matrix and this new Matrix 2, mainly the A and B buttons.

NOTE: This is not completely traced out yet. I'll finish it up later like the rest when I have time.

Cheers for the heads up, again!

Dopesun, you need to find better blue LEDs!

Yes, the A and B are now Common line. The rest are the same as before. Also, the switched 2.0V spot normally used is not there anymore. But I did find a 2.0V swicthed spot on one of those 4 pins in the middle. I dunno how it works with PNC though.

I actually meant for the ROL. The 0603 smd leds. the white and blues where always dim in a cg. so im hoping the matrix 2 has the same capabilities of its sibling...

i buy from u btw. so if my leds r bad.... LMFAO... Whats up Hazer!

Sorry for the late reply here.

The Matrix 2 works like the Matrix did as far as driving the LEDs, it uses PWM also, so Blue, White and such color LEDs will not dim like they do in the CG versions.

The spot in the middle shouldn't be used as a switched power source, that's the SCK line for the PnC pack.

If a switched power source is needed the OptoCoupler or Transistor method should be used and the switched Analog voltage line used, TP7, to turn that on/off.
