I was at a thrift store a couple day's ago i was checking out a pile of electronics, found 4 xbox's laying under various stuff, having an halo le xbox that's 1.6 i decided to take a look into these, found one with the oldest manufacturing date, plugged it in when i got home didnt start up...

Took it apart pulled out the PSU, resoldered the power input contacts, took the dvd drive out, walla a 1.0 =D plugged the psu back in and she started right up, two hours later i had the insides switched over to my Halo LE Xbox, now she's TSOPED with iND-Bios completely awesome =D

Dude thats freakin sweeeeet. Its so cool to find little gems like that in thrift stores. I've found a few xboxes for pennies on the dollar, but a Halo LE? Thats unheard of. Nice find and kudos on the repair. cool.gif
