Yo bro, I got this the other day, what I had to do is go on microsoft's website and download the latest dash, put the update folder in the root of a flash drive and update it from the flash drive instead. Yea its gonna flash ur drive back to stock firmware dry.gif

I had this same problem with a console some brought to me last week, it was stuck on the update stopped screen with no way back to dash.

Downloaded 13146 update, as thats the last working dash that was installed.
Popped it on a usb stick & stuck in console & booted, straight back to dash.

Updated drive to latest CFW then updated dash to latest(13599) via usb stick

I'm having the same problem.

Fifa 12 update got interrupted, now keeps displaying "System update stopped".

I tried copying the SystemUpdate 13599 to a fat32 formatted usb, but it wouldn't go further either. Same for the 13146 update...

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Got past the update loop by doing the following:

First I removed the previous 13599 update from the usbstick, (just to make sure) and extracted the 13599 again. It still game me the same error.... But, when i re-inserted my copy of Fifa 12, it seems to have triggered the update from the usb stick! Eventually, I got back into the dash smile.gif

Also, if i removed the stick, it stopped, so the update itself didn't continue from the dvd... only trigger was triggered by it! (I think)

I only need to reflash to LT2 tomorrow smile.gif

i also managed to get by the loop and update to 13599 via usb stick and placed fifa 07 in disk drive and it updated ( i didnt have fifa12 as i borrowed it from a mate and he took it back with him after update failed)
