I love XBMP, but i have a small suggestion for the developers.. I would try doing this myself, but i have no clue.

Instead of setting up the .xml files on the PC, a much better solution would be to develop a wizard type system that you can change settings and what not from the xbox itself. I realized that the PC was a problem when i transfered some movies to my E: drive, and then took my xbox to a buddies who didnt have a router or a cable, and we were stuck with the files in the wrong spot and no way to edit the xml.

Anyways, just a thought.. keep up the good work.

The developers are over at www.xboxmediaplayer.de, let 'em know. They've got forums over there with feature suggestions, etc.

Use flattspots xbmp configer v2 for setting up the config.xml easy on teh computor. (look in this forum for it )

the problem isnt that i have problems setting up the .xml's. which that program make easy.. its just that such a good program shouldnt be dependent on a PC to set up. dont get me wrong here, i love xbmp - just a suggestion. im sure someone has thought of it before.
