Just thought I'd post this. This is from a 360 I received last week where the owner had previously used a heatgun to lift the GPU, and ended up lifting 3 pads. Fortunately, one of the pads was a blank, and only two were required. This is at 300x magnification.

I was able to tin the leads, and repair the damage by substituting the connection with micro copper strand. YES, this did work. I installed a new, preballed GPU, flowed it, and it fired right up
