Hi guys, in guessing my Xbox has been flagged for ban as I've been using modified firmware and got unsupported disk error. I've bought a new Xbox, am I safe to use my existing gamertag from the flagged console on the new one or does the gamertag carry the flag to the new one?

Flags are tied to the specific console, not the gamertag. A gamertag cannot transfer flags.

you will be ok profile will be safe if you recover on another console profiles and console flags/bans are completely seprerate as profiles get flagged/banned for marketplace theft,ect,plus there used on pc aswell as xbox360.

so is he a forsure goner? i did the same accidently but then i started playin legit games so idk, haha how much longer do i have..
