Hi there a friend of mine bought the MW3 Elite for her 12 year old son from Game. sNow she could not get it going at all so i went to have a look i redeemed the MS Points 4200 costing her £34.99. All seemed to be going ok, i downloaded Elite from the market place and purchased the membership. It deducted it from there points balance. But when i try to play it I get this error. "We're sorry but you are not elibible to register for Call Of Duty Elite. Please review the call of Duty Elite service aggreement for eligibility requirements or visit callofduty.com/support.

Does anyone have any idea why this is all i could think of was that my friends son is only 12 year old and COD MW3 is an 18 game. If this is the case is there anyway of getting the points refunded.

Does anyone have a customer Service Number that would help with this issue.

Got to be 13 years or older im afraid mate..Im sure xbox will give ya back the points...just phone them..havent got number to hand..but a quick search on xbox.com will sort ya.
