Concerning the MATRIX External Programmer included with the Matrix Freedom PCB for Liteon DG-16D4S Drives. I ran the PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.5.0.exe program to install the MATRIX External Programmer driver on my Win XP Laptop PC. I get "Unknown Device" in Device Manager when I plug a USB cable from the MATRIX External Programmer into my Laptop PC. I think the MATRIX External Programmer is defective. Can anyone give me some insight into this issue?

I contacted the MATRIX Team and they finally decided that it was defective and sent me a replacement External Programmer. It works great.
