Hopefully this can help someone. Tried 2 other Belkin pinout diagrams (different model numbers) before investing in a multimeter. This is the pin number and the wire color for the LPT NAND read setup.
#1 - Brown
#2 - Red
#11 - Orange with White stripes
#14 - Red with Black stripes
#16 - Orange with Black stripes
#17 - Grey with Black stripes
#18 - Grey with White stripes
The black stripes look a little brown but either way its the darkest of the stripes. I can verify that this will read the NAND and worked great for me!

I made my LPT programmer from a Belkin cable and my colors are not the same with the exception of #1 Brown. I suggest anyone building a LPT programmer cable just use a multimeter as the wire colors do vary.

It must take ages to dump a 16 MB Nand with LPT... anyway nice tips, it might help others.
But you should really provide some pics.

I did one jtag with an lpt and said screw that, got usb and never looked back, less problems, immensely faster.
Why mess around with lpt? ick
Even got a nand-x recently, even faster than my original usb reader.
