Hi guys I have a coolrunner chip that I am having some issues with. I believe the nor/prg switch may be faulty or not making proper contact. When installed I get no flashing green light. I know its not the wiring as I can swap another chip into its place and it works fine. I am trying to test it vs a working chip I have to see what might be causing this.

Any suggestions on what points on the coolrunner I should be checking? I def get some different readings on the points around the switch vs another one but don't know exactly what I should be testing. Any help would be great.

Oh also I can't return this chip because it was part of a large order back in nov.

Thanks guys

Has it been programmed (with a NAND-X)?

I actually got it sorted. It ended up being a faulty connection on the nor/prg switch. After I went over the points with my iron on the switch it all started working wonderfully.
