Downloaded the files that were suggested in it (from the user's "Jtag Shit"), followed the instructions to a t.
When I plug the external into the xbox, and go to the games directory, the xexmenu folder will flash for a second and dissappear.
My xbox was flashed around August with the latest setup at the time-is the issue with the xexmenu version?

Nevermind,Im an idiot and was unaware that externals can only be run on jtag systems
